Appraisals are not received until the week of the sale.
100% of the final bid is due before 1:00 on the day of sale. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, money order or cashiers check.
Upon successfully bidding on the property, the highest bidder must provide the sheriff with the full amount of the purchase price, paid in cash, money order or cashier’s check before 1 pm on day of sale.
In the event that the highest bidder fails to remit payment before 1 pm, the property may be re-offered for sale at 1:00 on the same day.
It is the responsibility of any interested bidders to inquire about the status of the payment and possible re-offering of the property.
