Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office
The Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office is the chief law enforcement agency in Iberville Parish, Louisiana. We work closely with municipal law enforcement agencies in Iberville to maintain a safe community for all of Iberville’s residents.
The department’s administrative office is located in the Iberville Parish Courthouse on Meriam Street in Plaquemine; and it has sub-stations in Maringouin (north Iberville) and St. Gabriel (east Iberville).
Our road patrol units are highly visible, which is a crime deterrent in our communities. In addition, our Crime Scene Unit and Detective Division have both the training and tools to investigate crimes effectively and quickly. Our department is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and we are actively engaged in the community, working to earn citizens’ trust so that they will help us keep our community safe and crime-free.
